Information we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, whether the enquiry form or the brochure download form, we collect:

Your name
Your phone number
The course you are interested in
Your preferred batch, where you tell us
Any message you choose to write

When you enrol in a course, we additionally collect the information needed to register you, which may include your email address, address, and identity proof.

Automatically, when you browse this site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

Contact you about the course or information you enquired about
Send you the brochure you requested
Register and administer your enrolment
Inform you about upcoming batches, schedule changes and academy updates
Improve this website and understand how visitors use it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

How your information is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are recorded in a Google Sheets file and sent to our email address. Access is restricted to the academy's own staff.

Enrolment records are kept securely and retained for as long as needed for our records and to meet any legal obligation.

Third-party services we use

This website and our operations use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

MilesWeb: website hosting
Google (Sheets, Apps Script, Gmail): storing and receiving enquiry submissions
Google Analytics 4: website usage statistics, so we can see which pages visitors find useful
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising, and the Meta Pixel on this website, used to measure the performance of our advertisements
WhatsApp: where you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site

If you have opened a trading account through our facilitation with Alice Blue or 5paisa, any information you provide directly to those brokers is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

Cookies and tracking

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Advertising

We advertise on Meta platforms, Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel on this website to measure how our advertisements perform. This involves Meta receiving information about your visit to our website.

Information you submit through our forms, such as your phone number, may also be shared with Meta in hashed form. Hashing turns the information into a scrambled string before it ever leaves this website, so that Meta can match it against its own records to tell us whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. We never share your raw phone number, name, or any other detail in readable form with Meta or any other advertising platform.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. You can manage your ad preferences within your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Communication preferences

If you no longer wish to receive calls or messages from us, tell us on 98946 80806 or write to info@athiraacademy.in and we will remove you from our list.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to:

Ask what information we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time.

Children

Our courses and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
