1. About Us

Athira Share Market Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us") is an educational institution based at No 2A, Kamalalayam Thenkarai, Near Thiruvarur Municipality, Thiruvarur – 610001, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide classroom and online training programs on share market investing and trading.

By enrolling in any of our programs, visiting our premises, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. We Provide Education and Training Only

We do not provide any of the following, under any circumstances:

• Investment advice or recommendations of any kind
• Stock tips, trade calls, buy or sell signals, or market predictions
• Portfolio management or portfolio handling services
• Fund management, or handling money on behalf of any student or client
• Demat or trading account operation on anyone's behalf
• Assured returns, profit sharing, or any guarantee of financial outcome
• Research reports or advisory services of any kind

We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Stock Broker, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these.

If anyone claims to offer tips, trade calls, portfolio handling or guaranteed returns in the name of Athira Share Market Academy, they are not authorised by us. Please report it to us immediately on 98946 80806.

Everything taught in our programs is for the purpose of building your own knowledge and judgement. Any decision you make in the market during or after our programs is entirely your own decision, taken at your own risk, using your own money.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risk. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully and consult a SEBI-registered adviser before making any investment decision.

3. Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed only once full course fees have been received.
• Seats in each batch are limited and allotted on a first-come basis.
• We may ask for identity proof at the time of enrolment.
• Enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Course Fees

• Fees for each program are as displayed on our website or communicated at the time of enquiry.
• Fees are payable in full before the program begins, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to revise fees for future batches. Any revision will not affect students already enrolled in a running batch.
• Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making payment.

5. Batches, Schedules and Changes

• Batch start dates and timings are as announced.
• We may need to reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will inform enrolled students and arrange a replacement session.
• We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a batch if minimum enrolment is not met. In that event, the terms of our Refund Policy apply.

6. Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected. We cannot repeat sessions individually for students who miss classes without prior intimation.
• Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards trainers and fellow students.
• We may terminate the enrolment of any student whose conduct disrupts the learning of others. No refund is payable in such cases.

7. Course Material and Intellectual Property

• All course material, presentations, notes, recordings and handouts remain the property of Athira Share Market Academy.
• Material is provided for your personal learning only.
• Recording, reproducing, sharing, reselling or distributing our course material in any form is not permitted.
• Sharing login credentials for online sessions with anyone else is not permitted and may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

8. Online Sessions

• Students attending online batches are responsible for their own internet connection and device.
• We are not liable for a student missing content due to connectivity issues at their end.

9. Third-Party Services

Athira Share Market Academy is an Authorized Business Partner of Alice Blue and 5paisa. As a convenience to our students, we may assist in opening a trading and demat account with either of these brokers.

Please note:

• This is a facilitation service only. We help with the account opening process. We do not operate, access, or manage any account opened by a student.
• Any account you open is a contract between you and that broker, governed entirely by their terms and conditions.
• We are not responsible for the services, platform, brokerage, charges, downtime or conduct of any third-party broker or service provider.
• You are under no obligation to open an account with Alice Blue, 5paisa, or any other broker in order to attend our programs. Enrolment is in no way conditional on it.

10. Website Use

• Content on this website is provided for general information about our programs.
• We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error at all times.
• Batch dates, fees and course details are subject to change. Please confirm with us before making any decision.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy, its founder, trainers and staff shall not be liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from:

• Any investment or trading decision made by a student or former student
• Reliance on any content taught, published, or shared by us
• Use of this website
• Dealings with any third-party broker or service provider

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

12. Privacy

Personal information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your enrolment is the version that applies to you.
