Refund Policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. We want every student to be clear about our terms before enrolling.
Once course fees are paid, they are not refundable.
This applies whether or not the program has started, and whether or not you attend the sessions.
We keep our batch sizes deliberately small so that every student gets individual attention. When you enrol, that seat is reserved for you and is not offered to anyone else. This is why we are not able to return fees once a booking is made.
What we offer instead: batch transfer
We understand that genuine situations come up: illness, a family emergency, a sudden work commitment, or a change in your schedule.
If you are unable to attend or continue the batch you enrolled in, you may transfer to a different batch at no additional cost. You can choose:
- A later batch of the same program, or
- The online batch of the same program, if the timing suits you better
Your fees carry forward in full. There is no extra charge for the transfer.
To arrange this, contact us as early as you can on 98946 80806 or at info@athiraacademy.in, explaining your situation. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is for us to accommodate you.
Transfer conditions
- The transfer applies to the same program you originally enrolled in.
- Your enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Transfers are subject to seat availability in the batch you wish to move to.
- We will always try to accommodate a genuine request.
If we cancel a batch
If the Academy cancels a batch outright, or postpones it and you are unable to attend the revised dates, you may choose either:
- A transfer to any other batch of the same program, online or offline, at no extra cost, or
- A full refund of the fees you have paid
Where a refund is due under this clause, it will be made to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Termination for conduct
Where enrolment is terminated because of conduct that disrupts other students, no refund or transfer is offered.
